Buffet dinner very good. Helpful staff. Simple clean rooms. Easy check in and check out. Liked the quietness. Good location. Decent Indian breakfast. Nice staff.

Best hotel experience. A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like Hot Platter that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Comfortable base for a trip in Lucknow! Free parking was provided to the guests.

Had a wonderful Easter experience at a cozy hotel. The morning breakfast was filling and was served with delicious tea. The hotel is located near the airport which makes it easy to get to quickly. there was a free shuttle service to the nearby shopping center which was very convenient.

There wasn't a lot of variety in the food offered at the restaurant, but the service was great. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it for a short trip.

Our Xmas experience in the hotel was not very pleasant. the staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating, making us feel unwelcome.

The hotel is situated close to business areas with a good buffet dinner in the restaurant. the staff is helpful and friendly. the location is quite limiting if you like to get out and explore the town. the infrastructure of the hotel could use some renovation.

The customer service needs more focus with slow service in the restaurant, unapologetic front office, and unclean rooms with stained furniture and bed sheets.
